Tasting note
The floral bouquet of the Douro Reserva DOC of mint, boiled fruits and marmalade shows a complex aroma character and plenty of culinary potential. The dominant shades of violet, blueberry and plum shape their individual texture. With dominant-rich tannins, a massive body and dominant acidity, this red wine presents its flawless structure.

Goes well with beef, game, grill and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
Die Trauben werden in 22 kg Plastikkisten in die Kellerei gebracht, streng selektioniert nach Qualität, vollständig entrappt und leicht gequetscht. Der Saft wird in temperaturkontrollierte Edelstahltanks gefüllt. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung werden die Trauben mit hydraulischen Pressen schonend gepresst. 18 Monate in französischen (85%) und amerikanischen (15%) Eichenfässern gereift.
