Tasting note
Amber colors, aromas of banana, ripe pears and nougat flow into the nose. The taste reveals aromas of ripe bananas, caramelized nuts and pine nuts, which are rounded off by dried sweet pears and ripe quince notes. Unbelievably long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with soft cheese apéro dessert fruit desserts.
Vinification
The Moscatel de Setubal grapes would be harvested at the end of September. The wine is fermented with the skin and stopped by adding Armagnac. It then aged oak barrels for 9 years.
