Tasting note
Bright ruby red, medium density with garnet reflections, color-tight. Pure, compote-like bouquet, oranges, fine herbal nuance, warm, roasted notes, finely balsamic ethereal with an earthy mineral counterpoint. Long drink, present, fine, mineral tartness on the palate, dark berry aromas, centered. Exquisite composition of autochthonous and international grape varieties.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sliced venison, mushroom red wine sauce and fried mustard rack of lamb.
