About the wine

Tasting note
Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, a seductive bouquet of flowers, peaches and a touch of vanilla. Opulent and creamy on the palate, with a nice drinking flow, elegant fruit and subtle spiciness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with white meat, salmon dishes, mature cheeses and also desserts.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Ageing for 4 months on yeasts in French oak barriques.
