Tasting note
Ruby red - complex aromas of dark berries and fruits as well as exciting notes of star anise, fennel seeds and cedar wood on the nose. On the palate, it is dense yet elegantly straight with good structure. The finish is very long with wonderful minerality!
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for lamb, ravioli and curry. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2031.
