About the wine
The winery is managed by the Zahel family for 4 generations. After a short career as a racing driver, Richard Zahel joined the family business in 1989. Together with his nephew, Alexander Zahel, who takes care of the sales, they manage the winery with great success. 25 hectares of vines are cultivated within the city limits in all wine-growing zones of Vienna.

Tasting note
Naturally cloudy, medium straw yellow, fresh intense citrus and peach fruit, dry, lively acidity with lots of apple fruit and spicy aromas with lots of drinking fun. This Viennese mixed set of Pét Nat comes from vines over 50 years old in the south of Vienna. Pure dolomite rock and fine pelage give this sparkling wine plenty of texture and drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried rice or Wiener Schnitzel
