About the wine
Graceful and beautiful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery El Canto de la Alondra conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. This fresh Tempranillo 2015 — El Sueño de la Alondra Cosecha Ribera del Duero DO 2015 is a triumph to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with barbecue or lasagna.
Tasting note
An elegant and refined wine with depth, full of subtleties and surprises. Initially, it is characterized by a distinctly fruity and floral character, which gradually leads to more complex aromas, velvety, toasted and mineral aromas. A full-bodied wine with a delicate tannin that inspires. Only 300 bottles of this exclusivity were bottled.

Vinification
Aged for 22 months in French oak barrels. The wine has not been filtered, which can cause deposits to form over time.
