About the wine
A monastrell in traditional, artisanal style. Elegant structure, very fruity and mineral with a wonderful Mediterranean accent with aromas of lavender, thyme, pine. The wine was awarded 95 points by Robert Parker and 94 out of 100 points in Guìa Peñin.

Tasting note
Subtle aroma of sour cherry, darker chocolate and wet stone, on Herbal notes dominate the palate. You think of a pine forest in the south. Very complex without being exhausting. Great movie theater!

Goes well with fondue chinoise or dry aged beef.

Maceration: Gentle manual, delicate maceration with skins and 30% of the stems, no repumping. Yeast type: virgin, all our wines ferment with autochthonous yeasts. Fermentation tank: 1000 liter vats Primary fermentation: 8-10 days. Pressing: Grapes in whole grapes Type of press: Bucher pneumatic press. Contact with the soil: No batonnage Secondary fermentation: Malolactic in oak barrels. A mix of new and one-year-old French oak Allier barrels. Barrel sizes: 500 liters Time in the barrel: 12 months
