About the wine

Tasting note
Wonderful mineral, fresh with a very long finish. The vine parcelle for this white wine is located in what is probably the most beautiful village of the Priorat, in Popoleda, at the foot of Montsant. Fermented in clay amphorae and aged on fine yeast.
