About the wine

The label and name are meant to symbolize the enemy of every winemaker - the boar. On a hot summer night, the winemakers discovered him crouching in the vineyard and eating sweet grapes.

Casa RojoRed wine | 75cl13.516°-18°CThe special character of this wine is due to Grenache. Distinctive notes of red plum and red cherry give it its playful structures.
Bio
Tasting note
Cherry red with purple reflections. Fruity and floral on the nose, aromas of rose petals. Gentle and elegant, with great complexity. Aromas of red fruits and balsamic notes from the Sierra de la Pila. Reminiscent of toasted caramel and alcohol-filled chocolate. Fresh, delicious on the palate, pure grape juice with a Mediterranean influence.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2023. Flaschenpöstler recommend this Enemigo Mío Jumilla DOP for spicy dishes, red meat and spicy food.
