A large Alsatian white wine from the single vineyard “Engelgarten”, which results from the transverse planting of five grape varieties. The bouquet presents aromas of cooked orange peel and pears, underscored by fine mineral notes. On the palate, a touch of exoticism and the taste impression of warmth and gentle notes of white fruits characteristic of gravel soils. The long finish reveals the typical mineral structure and a generous melt. An opulent, very balanced and dense white wine.
