About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Sarotto has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque and fertile landscape of Piedmont. With the powerful Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 — Enrico 1° Rosso Langhe DOP, nuances and accents are redefined. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with pizza with mushrooms or Gruyère burgers.

Tasting note
Color: Dense ruby red with subtle violet shimmer. Aromatics: Finesse, intense bouquet, deep, ripe nose of black berries and plums, subtle floral notes of violets, iris, wild notes. Body: Balance of fruit, body, acidity, tannins and beautifully integrated barrique. Quality: An elegant wine, dense with a complex finish.
