Tasting note
Dense ruby red color. Attractive bouquet of dark and red fruits with a spicy note of black pepper. Elegant on the palate, aromas of blueberries emerge. In addition, fine notes of cloves and pepper. Perfect balance thanks to fine tannins and a mineral acidity.
Vinification
The selected Shiraz grapes come from old vines in the northern and eastern parts of the Barossa Valley and mature 100% in French oak barrels. Entity's goal is to get the best out of this region and reflect that in wine.
