About the wine
The historic Luc Massy home was built by the Bernese in 1630 and is surrounded by the vineyards of the Clos du Boux, the only Grand Cru location in Epesses. The winery includes plots in Epesses, Dézaley and St-Saphorin. It has been owned by the Massy family since the end of the 19th century. Massy-Vins produces a total of six white and three red wines. Dézaley Chemin de Fer and Epesses Clos du Boux have been among the most famous chasselas for years and have long since become classics of upscale gastronomy.

Tasting note
The fine smell of linden blossoms is mixed with the scent of honey, wax, almond and hazelnut on the one hand and pineapple and mirabelles on the other. The mild acidity makes it soft on the palate. The scent, which is reminiscent of honey, accentuates its fruitiness, but is contrasted with a fine mineral note in an appropriate balance.
