About the wine
This strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 — ERRE Piemonte Rosso DOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Sunny and fertile landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Sarotto conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with red meat or pizza with mushrooms.
Tasting note
Dark, dense garnet red with distinctive violet reflections. Bewitching, ripe fruit, dark berry, boiled plums and cherries, dried note, underlaid with fine roasted notes. Full-bodied, soft start, very strong palate, dried fruit note, seductive fruit sweetness, long finish. Wine with potential, the incredible abundance unfolds with maturation
