About the wine

Bio
Tasting note
Bright yellow. The bouquet captivates with its liveliness, fresh, fresh fruit and mineral base notes. Ripe gooseberry aromas and tart, spicy lemon peel are immediately appealing. The same features — minerality and citrus — are also convincing in the slender body, which ends with a little pepper after a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, Asian cuisine, saltwater fish.
Vinification
100% Antão Vaz. The grapes are partially fermented in concrete tanks. After the fermentation, the wine is left on the lees for four months, during which the micro-oxidation manifests the character of the wine even more strongly.
