About the wine
Fruity white wine with the engaging seriousness of a meditation teacher. The aromas of quince and lemon are perfectly combined with the subtle woody notes. It's fun all around!

Tasting note
Clear golden yellow. On the nose, the bouquet shines with juicy fruit, the scent of ripe pears and quinces is already associated with the oak wood. Strong acidity curbs the full body, and the finish is a successful combination of fruit, acidity and a pleasant bitterness.
Culinary recommendation
Fried and grilled fish, shellfish, mussels, codfish, poultry, veal, goat cheese.
Vinification
De-stemming, thermal shock, skin maceration, pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and in new American and French oak barrels, then aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats and in new American and French oak barrels on the thin lees.
