The winemaker from the French winery Collard-Picard greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this sparkling wine with oysters or appetizers.

Tasting note
The nose is complex and complex with aromas of candied lemon, red apples and a touch of wood. Dry on the palate, with balanced acidity. Very refreshing at the same time with notes of apple, lemon and almond.
