Essenzia is a late harvest of 5 different grape varieties. It is carried out at the end of November/beginning of December, when Botritis Cinerea has already occurred. A low yield and a harvest with temperatures below zero are mandatory for this inviting, low-alcohol, sweet wine. Acidity: 7 g/l., residual sugar: 118 g/l.
