About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian winery Esterhazy conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant white wine 2018 — Estoras Chardonnay Burgenland! Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with truffles or asparagus.
Tasting note
Color: Iridescent golden yellow with fine reflections. Aromatics: Intense, ripe aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango, bananas and quince interweave with fine vegetal notes typical of the variety. Body: Very long start, creamy, full-bodied palate, present aromas, lively acidity, delicate minerality at the end. Quality: A globetrotter full of fruit and elegance, a versatile food companion.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fresh and saltwater fish, cold and hot starters and pasta.
