About the wine
You will definitely enjoy the first-class Etna Bianco DOP Contrada Montedolce Giovanni Rosso wooden box, which was produced in 2017. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian WINERY Giovanni Rosso masters this white wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Sicily.
Tasting note
Etna Bianco is a white wine with an intense and harmonious scent, with notes of gorse and citrus fruits with yellow skin. The taste is full and intense. Very fresh and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, such as risotto with seafood, frittura di pesce or sea bream in salt crust.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October. The fermentation takes about 15 days and is accelerated by a slight maceration of the grape skins for a few hours. Ageing in chrome steel tanks on fine yeasts for 5 months before bottling.
