Tasting note
Eye: Deep ruby red. Nose: Intense aromas of black cherries, plums, thyme and currants, light vanilla notes. Palate: Medium acidity, high tanin, intense aromas of black pepper, red currant, St. John's wort, Mediterranean herbs and red cherries. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled dishes, game, beef.
Vinification
24 months in new French oak barrels. 18 months of bottle aging.
