Tasting note
Rich dark red with a black core, distinctive violet reflections. Intense, multi-faceted nose, dark berry, sweet black cherry, subtle background notes, coffee, vanilla, balsamic component with a delicate earthy note. Very long, soft start, rustic, young tannins, well-interwoven, fine acidity, present aromas on the palate, which is also dominant in the finish, nice fruit sweetness. Fine expression of the grape variety with a velvety texture.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled sea fish, moussaka, canelloni with minced meat or ricotta filling and recent cheese.
