About the wine
Picturesque and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Chistoph Tiefenbrunner conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Müller-Thurgau from the third highest vineyard in Europe. In the color soft green to pale yellow, this wine delights with its extremely intense and broad range of fragrances: white peach, apricot, spicy, floral notes of sage and jasmine offer a spectacle of finesse. Delicate in body type and with a nice acidity, this wine has a racy and mineral finish.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and large wood barrels.
