About the wine

Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Sicily. Tasting note
The blend of the autochthonous Nero d'Avola grape and the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety is reminiscent of currants and red fruits and has structure and richness that give the wine length and complexity. The long but careful aging in wood gives the wine notes of licorice, tobacco, plum and vanilla.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty dishes, grilled meat and fish, game, salami and aged cheese.
Vinification
8 (Nero d'Avola) or 12 (Cabernet Sauvignon) months in barriques.
