About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery L'Archetipo masters this white wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Puglia. We have a special, provocative white wine from 2016 for you, which inspires many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Fiano can be served very well with seafood or pasta dishes.
Bio
Tasting note
Light yellow, spicy on the nose, floral. Exciting palate with notes of honey and meadow flowers. Round white wine from the autochthonous Fiano variety. Fermented on our own wild yeasts. The biodynamic wine does not contain any added sulphites (nature wine).
