About the wine
Do you already know the distinctive Grenache Finca Dofi Tinto Cosecha DOC with the 2015 vintage? If not, it's time! The winemaker from the Bodegas Alvaro Palacios winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience when you serve this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or red meat.

Tasting note
Impenetrable garnet red. On the nose, noble notes of black cherries and plums, cassis and Mediterranean herbs. The palate reveals a fine and pure fruit, skewed minerality and a mild note of precious wood. Well-integrated acidity and compact tannins lead to a wonderfully intense finish.

Lamb, grilled food, beef, venison
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged for 16 months in new French barriques. Bottled unfiltered and unembellished.
