Tasting note
Finca Dofí is the cradle of Álvaro Palacio's Priory Project. Back then called Clos Dofí, Finca Dofí is now a 16-hectare site in the municipality of Gratallops. Garnacha occupies 95% of the plots on the steep slopes. The “cooler” north and east orientation contributes to the beguiling elegance and freshness of this wine, which offers great complexity, depth and length on the palate.
