The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Valparaiso has absolutely mastered his craft. Tasting note
Bright cherry red color. Fruity taste of red berries and slightly smoky notes from oak barrels. Light vanilla notes and a touch of black pepper complement the complex aroma. Soft tannins and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, dark meat and cheese.
Vinification
Maceration traditionally in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 16 - 18 days. Then aging for at least 4 - 6 months in American and French oak barrels.
