Tasting note
Complex bouquet with notes of white flowers, candied fruits, some smoke and ethereal notes. on the palate this top Albariño is balanced, creamy and with fresh acidity. Slightly salty on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect accompaniment to marine fish or mussels
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, picked and transported in small boxes. The ageing in barriques is special here.
