About the wine
To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape beauty of the Bündner Herrschaft, there is no way around this red wine, which the Swiss winery Hansruedi Adank masters with a keen sense of texture. Do you already know the dominant red wine Pinot Noir Fläsch AOC Spondis from the 2015 vintage? If not, it's time! Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Pinot Noir with red meat or cheese.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. On the nose, aromas of cloves and black pepper. Tannins present on the palate, subtle minerality, complex, multi-layered and incredibly elegant. SPONDIS is located in a small “cru plot” owned by the Adank family with 45-year-old vines. The wine, which is pressed from this location, makes top-class Pinot.
