About the wine
We have a special, distinctive red wine from 2018 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Foradori has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Trentino. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This teroldego is excellent with Parma ham or porcini mushroom risotto.
Tasting note
Dark red color with aromas of black cherries and currants, plus complex spices. A distinctive wine with tannins and an elegant structure.

Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2024. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Foradori Teroldego Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT harmoniert perfekt mit Steinpilzrisotto, Pasta Bolognese und Parmaschinken.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. This Teroldego is fermented in amphorae (Tinajas from Villarrobledo, Spain) and then aged on the skins for 8 months.
