Tasting note
Yellow in the glass with a clearly discernible green glow. The foam is white and of excellent duration. The perlage is fine-grained. Seductive scent, of Golden Delicious apples, dried apricots, baked bread and roasted almonds. The taste corresponds to the impressions of the nose, spicy and full on the finish.

Vinification
