Tasting note
Harvested by hand and produced according to the elaborate “méthode traditionnelle” (second fermentation in the bottle and then aged on the lees for at least 25 months). Multifaceted, fresh bouquet with beautiful yellow fruit and citrus aromas, brioche and almond notes. The palate is extremely filigree, graceful and with a first-class, noble perlage.
