About the wine

After fermentation in the bottle, the Franciacorta Brut remains on the lees for 18 months. The entire period of maturation and maturation is 25 months.

Tasting note
Color: Straw gling with greenish-golden reflections. Fine, persistent perlage. Bouquet: yeast notes, fine fruit notes. bread crust and dried fruit. almonds, hazelnuts and dried figs. Palate: Spicy aromas, fruits and nuts. Fine, elegant body.
Culinary recommendation
Suitable for any aperitif and also as a food companion.
Vinification
After bottle fermentation, the Franciacorta remains on the lees for 18 months. Ageing and maturation take about 25 months.
