Vinification
The winemaking tradition of the Majolini family dates back to the 15th century. Majolini combines tradition and progress. Even one of the local grape varieties bears the name Majobina. The approx. 18 ha are located in Ome, in one of the most beautiful and classic areas of Franciacorta. The Riserva Valentino Majolini seems to be the culmination of its 600-year history. Extreme delicacy, elegance, with a wonderful balance. We had to wait a long time for this wine and after 6 years of waiting, Majolini has released his 10 years Riserva for sale. Fineness, elegance, with a wonderful balance. 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Acidity: 5.5 g/l; dry extract: 18.6 g/l. Disgorged in March 2021. This sparkling wine was created for the first time in 1994 and then in 1999 and 2005, with the next Riserva coming out in 2027!
