Tasting note
The soft taste is based on the careful selection of base wines and the lower bottle pressure, which is below 5 atmospheres. Franciacorta Satèn is produced exclusively in the Brut version. Fine and long-lasting perlage, almost creamy.

Goes well with fish dishes, poultry, thick soups and asparagus such as Baccalà alla Trevisana, risotto or as an aperitif.
