The Cuvée Prestige offers sparkling wine culture at the highest level. This Franciacorta matures on the lees for 24 months, which creates a stylish tension between rounded charm and vivacity.

Tasting note
The Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige is characterized by delicate, fresh fruit aromas with exotic notes. A game of soft roundness with lively race creates exciting excitement. Very fine perlage.
Culinary recommendation
Fits actually always. Both as a brunch companion, aperitif, with savory appetizers, seafood but also with light roasted meats.
Vinification
The base wines come from over 150 different plots. The 45th bottling consists of 68% vintage wine 2020 and 32% reserve wine. Some of it is aged in barriques. The second fermentation (bottle fermentation) lasts 25 months.
