Tasting note
Straw yellow color, scent of peach, apple, lemon and light brioche notes on the nose, a fine and long-lasting perlage on the palate, the appearance dry, soft and delicate with balanced acidity. Nice creaminess and great length.
Culinary recommendation
Actually, it always fits. Both as an aperitif, with hearty appetizers, seafood, but also with white fried meat.
