About the wine
Silky and creamy on the palate, as only Franciacorta Satén can be. In its multi-faceted bouquet, which is typical of bottle fermentation, almond and hazelnut notes come together and mingle with a touch of bread crust, with a hint of floral aromas.
Tasting note
This will be remembered: its flawless golden yellow gives every occasion a special touch. With a medium-strength body and dominant acidity, this sparkling wine presents its flawless texture in a finely sparkling way.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, seafood starters, creamy vegetable risotto, shellfish and all sea fish dishes.
Vinification
90% in steel tanks at controlled temperature and 10% in oak barrels. Matures in small and fine French oak barrels. This is followed by the natural second fermentation in the bottle and the yeast is stored on the yeast for no less than 24 months.
