Sunny landscapes in California give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the US winery Francis Ford Coppola Winery conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Sparkling pale golden yellow Butterscotch, roasted almond and apricot aromas, accompanied by melon, pear and citrus flavors. Nice depth, velvety fullness, soft, sweeping length, intense aromas, long-lasting, pure finish, which is given to it by its lively, natural acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to hors d'oeuvres, seafood terrines, crustaceans, grilled saltwater fish dishes, grilled white meat, strong hard cheeses.
