About the wine
The winemaker from the US-American winery Francis Ford Coppola Winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it will be this dominant red wine 2017 — Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Pinot Noir. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you serve this Pinot Noir with cheese or duck.

Tasting note
Nice crimson. Very nice aromas of cranberry, raspberry and lavender combined with blackberry, black cherry and mocha. The ageing in oak wood also gives it notes of roasted almonds and toast bread. Fruity, light and elegant, with a silky smooth, well-rounded texture, with ripe well-integrated tannins. Unspeakably harmonious balance due to the well-dosed timber construction.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, venison terrine, pasta dishes, vegetable gratin, grilled white meat, fondue bacchus, feathered game, soft cheese.
