This vineyard is one of the best in the Galil winery and is known for its exceptional characteristics. When it comes to the passionate “Galil Hatzuk-Menara,” it can be very difficult to hold back from opening. However, the wine improves within a few years and can remain in excellent drinking condition for over a decade under suitable conditions. It goes wonderfully with a grilled lamb chop, a fried steak or polenta with roasted mushrooms.
