About the wine

The “Galil Cabernet Sauvignon” reveals a young, refreshing character with powerful and expressive fruity aromas. The attractive and full-bodied red wine has concerted notes of berries and plums, wrapped in a hint of herbs. The well-balanced, full-bodied wine has a long and classic finish. It consists exclusively of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which go through a malolactic fermentation process after pressing. The wine then matures for six months in stainless steel barrels to preserve its fruity character. This elegant Cabernet Sauvignon can be enjoyed from the moment of purchase and remains in excellent drinking condition for up to 5 years under suitable conditions.
