About the wine
There is something left over from Christmas dinner every year. Do you know that? The winemaker from the Israeli winery Galil Mountain Winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this viognier with fondue or potatoes.

Tasting note
The “Galil Viognier” presents characters of fresh nectarine, pear, green plum and lime. These fruity flavors combine elegantly with a background of toasted almond and honey aromas. The fruity white wine has a pleasant and balanced acidity with a silky texture and a caressing finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a combination of sea bass with avocado salsa, grilled chicken with heavily roasted pineapple salad as a side dish, or summer noodles with zucchini and ricotta.
