Tasting note
Gallule is a very harmonious and profound wine, rich and complex with a garnet red color. Characteristics that only Sangiovese grapes from vines more than 30 years old can give him.

Vinification
The Gallule is a Chianti Classico Riserva. It was produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes from the ancient terraces of Antico Podere Gagliole. The ageing takes place in French oak barriques for at least 18 months. The wine is then stored in the bottle for 12 months.
