About the wine

Tasting note
Gallule is a very harmonious and profound wine, rich and complex with a garnet red color. Characteristics that only Sangiovese grapes from vines that are more than 30 years old can give it.

Goes well with dark and hearty meat dishes.
Vinification
The Gallule is a Chianti Classico Riserva. It was produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes from the ancient terraces of Antico Podere Gagliole. The aging takes place in French oak barrels for at least 18 months. The wine is then stored in the bottle for 12 months.
