About the wine
The landscape in Lower Austria is mountainous and hilly, whose breathtaking expanses don't fit on a poster, but in a bottle. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Austrian winery Gruber Röschitz ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. Tasting note
This yellow muscat delights with its extremely grape aroma with intense notes of white fruits and an unobtrusive nutmeg bouquet. On the palate, again, a lot of peach, very spicy and refreshingly dry. A lively and highly aromatic wine that is the ideal accompaniment both for aperitifs and hearty starters with asparagus or terrines, for example.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with spicy aperitifs, Asian cuisine, asparagus, terrines, strong starters and white mold, goat & sheep cheese.
Vinification
The grapes for this yellow muscaller grow on primary rock soils in the Königsberg vineyard. A low yield and careful hand picking mean that only the best grape material is processed. After a 10-hour maceration period, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
