About the wine
Give yourself a treat for the senses with the delicious Gentleman Pinot Nero Oltrepo Pavese DOC from 2017! With experience and instinct, the winemaker from the Italian winery Ferro13 masters this red wine in the blooming and enchanting landscape of Lombardy.
Tasting note
I stand for a classic and elegant style, even in the vineyard. I'm not exuberant, I'd rather let myself be discovered piece by piece, they appreciate me for my unique personality and for the scent, which is reminiscent of notes of red fruits and currants.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with tagliolini with truffles.
Vinification
For a gentleman, a classic development with high standards is appropriate. It is a slow and precise vinification in large wooden vats. Délestage and bâtonage enable malolactic fermentation. After that, I lie on the yeast for a few more months.
