Tasting note
The grapes for this wine come from various vineyards. The young vines growing on limestone contribute to the fresh acidity. Elegant and a harmonious interplay between sweetness and fresh acidity right down to the long finish. A wine that knows how to convince.

Goes well with aperitifs, Asian cuisine, foie gras and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Fermentation is allowed time and the wines are left on the lees for at least 6 months. Bottling takes place between 12 and 24 months after harvesting.
